Contact us to tell us which houses you like. We do viewings starting in November and our tenancies begin the following July.
We do 'in person' viewings of the houses so you get a good feel of where you'll be living. We think that's much better than online only viewings.
You will need to be in a group of four to view the houses in one visit so our existing tenants aren't too disrupted.
So, please choose a Lead Tenant for the group who we can communicate with.
We need the Lead Tenant to e-mail us which houses you like, all four names, all four mobile numbers and each person's University year. For example, first year, second year etc.
We'll get back in touch with the Lead Tenant before the viewing to organise a day and a time for viewings to take place.
Our houses are very popular, please get in touch with us as early as possible. We can't guarantee every group who gets in touch will get a house viewing.
So remember, in your e-mail please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- The houses you're interested in.
- Lead tenant name.
- Other tenant names.
- All four e-mail addresses.
- All four mobile numbers.
- Current academic year of all 4 tenants.
