We're not agents, we own all of our York student houses so we take good care of them and you.
We offer an easy, hassle free, bills included service. There's no need to struggle with utility companies or split complicated bills and it's much easier to budget your cash.
Just form a group of four, pick a house, pay a holding deposit and then sign the tenancy agreement, usually in January for a move in date at the start of July. Your holding deposit is then deducted from the £400 house deposit.
It's that simple.
All of our student houses in York are between 4 to 9 minutes walk from the York St John University Fountains Learning Centre, 15 minutes from York Minster and 40 minutes walk from the University of York.
All our fully licensed houses comply with the latest safety regulations and include fire doors, mains wired smoke and heat alarms, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and modern electrical safety systems.
Mike is our full time manager and we have a permanent, responsive maintenance team in York.
