Blue Door of York has been providing quality student houses in York for over twenty years. We pride ourselves on being efficient, friendly and helpful.
We're not agents. We own all of our York student houses so we take good care of them and you. All of our student houses in York are between 4 to 9 minutes walk from the York St John University Fountains Learning Centre.
Our standard tenancy is twelve months from the start of July to the end of June and we keep our rents as low as possible to help you during your studies.
We don't charge holding fees, agent's fees, signing fees or any fees at all for our student accommodation in York. Just choose a house, pay a £200 deposit (which is held by the independent Deposit Protection Service) sign a contract and move in! It's that simple.
We're approved by York St John University and all our student accommodation in York complies with the latest safety regulations and have fire doors, smoke and heat alarms, fire extinguishers and modern electrical safety systems.
Mike is our full time manager – you'll meet him when you view a house - and we have a permanent maintenance team to sort any problems.
